FlowPay provides a payment gateway platform enabling Othoba merchants to accept payments through multiple providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and cards.

3 Account Registration

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Keep your API keys and credentials confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Be responsible for all activities under your account

4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FlowPay for any illegal or fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any activity that violates Bangladesh Bank regulations or applicable laws.

5 Fees and Payment

Fees are described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days' notice.

6 Transaction Processing

FlowPay acts as a technology intermediary between merchants and payment providers. Transaction outcomes are subject to the policies of the underlying payment providers and Bangladesh Bank regulations.

7 Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8 Intellectual Property

All content and functionality of the FlowPay platform are owned by Othoba.com and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
